Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked in SaaS, fintech, and home services in client-facing, revenue-focused roles: VP of Business Development, Partnerships Director, Client Strategy Consultant, and Strategic CSM. Across those roles, the common thread has been:

Sales & solution design: Ran discovery calls, configured solutions to fit client workflows, and delivered value-focused demos and QBRs tied to measurable outcomes.

Implementation & lifecycle success: Guided customers from contract signature through integration, launch, enablement, and ongoing success, consistently maintaining high retention (98%+ at MX across my book of business).

Cross-functional collaboration: Partnered closely with product, data/BI, marketing, and senior leadership to align roadmaps, support go-to-market initiatives, and build case studies and testimonials.

In my current role as VP of Business Development at Utah Window Experts, I lead revenue growth in a 23-year-old business that has installed over 100,000 windows and doors. I work directly with homeowners and builders as a consultative partner uncovering needs, designing the right solution, and managing projects through completion. It’s given me an even deeper appreciation for the realities of running a small business, managing budgets, and delivering a high-touch customer experience.
