I help agencies and client-facing teams lead with more impact - strengthening client relationships, handling tough conversations and growing revenue by up to 35%.

Previously, I built one of the UK’s first UX agencies from scratch, scaled it to £3m, sold it and lived to tell the tale. Then I wrote a bestselling book called Human Powered and launched an accompanying podcast.

It's been a 20-year rollercoaster journey!

Oh, and in 2023, I took my kids backpacking across Asia and Africa for six months. We survived hunting in Tanzania, paint fights in India and leech attacks in Borneo.

• Responsible for the website, looking to generate increased traffic and sales, monitor the customer journey throughout the site including optimisation and maintaining a current look adhering to the companies brand guidelines. Keep fresh and up to date using Exact Abacus CMS (uploading product images and text, altering and creating pages and web banners). VERY basic HTML required. 
• Data capture strategy and implementation
• Own and maximise organic search strategy for improved SEO results

• Drive Marketing campaigns that ensure stores blow their budgets by driving new and existing customers to stores while achieving margin budgets
• Successfully project manage all monthly product brochures including product selection and offer generation of most relevant and seasonal product whilst maintaining a strong margin, formulate design brief and liaise with global design function
• Deliver concepts and internally design e-mail campaigns that support stores to blow their budgets. Review e-mails in terms of performance via open rates and sales uplift (average open rate currently at 16%)
