I'm responsible for leading and driving forward the business, working closely with the Webcredible leadership team and my fellow Inviqa board members at group level. I'm also ultimately responsible for Webcredible’s revenue & profit targets and our short-, medium- and long-term commercial activities, as well as maintaining our truly unique culture of collaboration, trust and empowerment.

I started Webcredible with no money, no office, no clients, no contacts... but a lot of drive and determination to help brands sort out their customers' digital experiences. It ended up being a 15-year journey, starting with an idea in my head and culminating with us being acquired by Inviqa.

When I got started, we were one of the very first UX agencies and I grew the company (with the help of many Fellow Webcredibles) to be one of the most well-respected and well-known experience design agencies in the UK.

It was an amazing roller coaster ride and my top 7 highlights over the 15 years include (in no particular order):

1. Creating a self-sustaining business and well-oiled machine that no longer needs my involvement day-to-day 
2. Achieving both revenue growth and profit 13 out of 15 years (and successfully steering the company out of our 2 x downturns)
3. Creating and sustaining an amazing culture based on collaboration, trust and empowerment
4. Working with some extraordinarily talented people who I’ve learnt so much from, especially our leadership teams and external advisors 
5. Doing lots of knowledge sharing – hosting events, running training courses, writing blogs/reports etc. (and learning loads myself along the way)
6. Trying to launch in the US (we failed and lost a bunch of money... but learnt a lot in the process)
7. Being acquired by Inviqa so we can offer business & change consulting, experience design and software development all under one roof

I help steer the product strategy, digital and technology agendas for Guide Dogs on an advisory basis, sitting on this committee which meets every quarter to support the CEO and exec team.

Guide Dogs is a brilliant charity that will not rest until people who are blind and partially sighted can enjoy the same freedom of movement as everyone else.

I conceived, setup and chair the Age UK digital advisory board. I recruited some senior digital pros from across the industry to join me and we meet every quarter with the Age UK CEO and exec team. 

The aim of the board is to lead and support Age UK through their digital transformation, keeping the momentum going and steering them in the right direction. 

Age UK do some amazing charitable work to support the over 60s, striving to create a world where everyone can love later life.

Hi, I’m Trenton 👋

I help agencies and client-facing teams lead with more impact - strengthening client relationships, handling tough conversations and growing revenue by up to 35%.

MD of the online division of a London-based media group. My role was to strategise, create, produce, deliver and measure digital campaigns and initiatives for brands and businesses. Our team worked across web design, online video, mobile apps and sites, viral campaigns and social initiatives.

Project highlights including the development of Dear Zoo for iPad for Pan Macmillan, the incredibly successful British Film Locations app for VisitBritain, a launch video for Westfield Stratford City, the design and development of Rights 4 Me: a website dedicated to children living in care, and a B2B social portal that hosted 3 day live online events for global research organisation, the Future of Work.

Burrows

Burrows is all about content - designing, creating, building, animating, shooting, printing, managing, archiving and distributing branded content across all channels.

My work at Burrows included aiding in the repositioning of the agency and setting up a new business development platform with which the agency could approach markets outside of their core Automotive client base. Achievements including the launch of a new website, new agency credentials; set up of a new B2B relationship marketing system; creating a new business campaign strategy incorporating the business' four key offices in Shenfield, Norwich, Dusseldorf and Detroit and a new internal reporting and engagement programme. 

I was also tasked with reporting and improving new business relationships and partnerships throughout the company's holding group, Wunderman.

Underdog is a challenging creative agency that makes things look good on screen - web, brand film, display, etc. 

My role at the agency was leading all client liaison, from new business brief and contract negotiation to presentation of creative product and evaluation. I worked with a great creative team generating some really challenging and interesting products focusing on Fashion, Automotive, Entertainment and Drinks - clients included Bench, Home House, Visit Britain, Firetrap, and Cafe de Paris amongst others.

As lead pitcher and prospector of new business, my achievements at N1 include the addition of 5 new clients to the client list including the European Environment Agency, a noted growth in work from existing accounts and a significant increase in agency profile.

Managing all new business drives for creative integrated agency Toast. 

My role includes developing relationships with people not yet on the Toast client list, managing all incoming enquiries, PR, networking, intermediary relationships, partnership with trade bodies and compliance with best practice guidelines. I also manage efforts to bring Toast into the world of digital marketing, managing web-based pitches / projects with the rest of the team

Starting as a trainee Business Development Manager, I managed cold-contact and prospect development programmes for a number of agencies in the marketing industry. Over three and a half years, i moved up to Account Director, managing up to 14 agency campaigns at one time whilst also handling the hiring, training and ongoing development of new trainee staff.

I'm Jilly, the Founder of Team Bravand (www.bravand.com), an independent digital agency that uses a collective model to deliver great design, development and support to clients across education, e-commerce, charity / NFP and B2B. We work with start-ups, scale ups and established firms that want a nimble, responsive and energetic team to support their goals and business success.

I started up Bravand in 2012, following over ten years in Director-level positions in the design agency industry. My previous positions covered Business Development, Client Services, Project Management and then some time as the Managing Director of the online division of a media production agency.

As an agency person, the breadth of projects and industries that I've worked in is very broad. From designing a tracheostomy tube configurator app, multisite e-commerce platforms and systems, through to on catwalk animations and videos for UK fashion brands. If it needs to work on a screen, me and my team can do it.
