Served as the Senior Brigade Missile Maintenance Warrant Officer for 82nd Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division. Directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Brigade's Support Missile Maintenance Facility; advises 40 Commanders throughout the 3BCT, the Brigade Executive Officer, and the Support Operations Officer on all maintenance and technical aspects of the missile and radar systems. Responsible for the morale, health, and training of two junior Non-Commissioned Officers and 2 Soldiers. As a team member of a mixed active duty military, government civil servant, and contract training team provide instructional services to U. S. Army Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE), Ft. Lee, Virginia at Fort Sill, OK in support of Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and Initial Entry Training (IET) soldiers in the resident training courses required for the 94S Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). Prepared instructional programs in accordance with training or course requirements.
Instruct students in the theoretical and practical aspects of instructional material. Utilized such teaching methods as individual coaching, group discussions, lectures, demonstrations, and conferences. Supervised practical work carried out by students, and assists them at points of difficulty.

• Researched, developed, wrote, and revised over 65 lesson plans of rapidly changing course doctrine and material
• Facilitated over 1,800 hours of classroom instruction on electronic schematics, troubleshooting electronic circuits, mechanical faults, and proper use of common and system peculiar test equipment and over 1,200 hours of hands on electronic and mechanical maintenance instruction to over 50 U.S. and Foreign Military Students (FMS) with a 100% first time pass rate, a combined GPS of 91.8% and zero safety incidents

Patriot System Repairer

As a Flight Operations Specialist, I was responsible for the processing of cross-country and local flight clearances including examination for conformance with flight rules, and regulations. Prepared and Maintained cross country kits. Checks accuracy of flight plans. Coordinates flight plans with all related agencies. Maintain flight information on inbound and outbound flights. Monitor with the proper agencies, overdue flights. Alerts crash crew for emergencies. Maintains current file on aircraft flying regulations and navigation information, such as Army, DoD and FAA regulations, DoD flight information publications (FLIPS) and aeronautical charts. Safeguards classified material. Knows terminology used in air navigation and is aware of air traffic control advisory radio procedures. Encodes, decodes, and posts notices to airmen (NOTAMS). Interprets and posts teletype weather reports. Maintain individual flight records and functional files. Maintain flight operations equipment in a tactical environment. Prepare, submit operator meacoming, intrusion, jamming, and interference reports. Participate in maintaining situation map. As a S3 Clerk, I was responsible for the briefing slides, training folders, and tracking of all military movements. Also, coordinated aviation flights not only for training missions, but also for military demonstrations dealing with the University of Texas and University of Texas A&M. Along with getting military support within the community for events like the Belton Barracudas Football, Texas Rangers Baseball, Boat and Rv shows within the Central Texas areas.

Aviation Operations Specialist

Five (5) years experience in aviation operations dealing with military helicopters both in garrison environment and deployed. With responsibilities dealing with areas of tracking, planning, training of flight time along with pilot flight hours and weather reports. Also, tracking and planning equipment movements, parts ordering, and personnel movement. Over twelve (12) years experience in intermediate support element operations dealing with military patriot defense equipment, TOW Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS), TOW missile, and Javelin Command Launch Unit (CLU) systems in garrison environment, CENTCOM, and forward deployed in PACOM.
