I've always hated Claude.ai's models, UI and formatting outputs. But Claude Cowork with Opus 4.5 is like going from having a team-mate I can talk with and who's pretty decent at creating content, to an actual super competent colleague who's way better at doing technical stuff than I am, who can interact with my local files. 

- Yesterday I had it sort through 400 of my research files and group them from macro to micro so I could plan content creation. 
- Then I had it build the most comprehensive and accurate comparison I've ever built with an LLM of 5 different vehicles. It's a test I always use and it beat every other LLM including Gemini 3 Pro (Ultra) which I love and use all the time. 
- This morning I had it help sift through 10,000 cells of data to do topic clustering. 
- It builds word and Excel docs on my desktop. It can see files on my desktop and act on them. 

It's a massive phase change. OpenAI and Google will copy this immediately and that's a good thing.

I established sales training with two vendors (CRM and Methodology) for all sales professionals to exceed set performance goals with firm deadlines. I established and managed quota allocation of all direct reports within APAC. I ensured reporting to the corporate “investor acquisition” team on APAC performance with reliable cadence.

Below are some of my proudest achievements:

➢	Drove annual revenue to $290M by overseeing Regional and Channel Sales leadership that enabled CAGR of 20% Year-Over-Year sales.
➢	Rearchitected a channel partner alliance/program consistent with EMEA and Americas for progressive transformation.
➢	Directed and streamlined job duties of six regional sales VPs and six Senior Channel Directors to exceed assigned goals and objectives.
