Manager, Land Acquisitions and Development

Mosaic Homes

Actively partnered with Development, Construction, Onsite Sales and Legal to ensure complete and accurate project information, schedules and sales data, to effectively manage the sales operations of all active and future properties. 

Planned, managed and executed all project launches, “back-ends” of Home Stores and Mosaic Avenue Realty. Managed, trained and oversaw all site Sales Coordinators and Assistants. 

Produced a collective of quantitative project reports used for strategic decision making, including but not limited to the organization’s net revenue reports for all projects and project closing cash flow forecasts.

Introduced and implemented three new strategies related to option audits, parking and storage revenue, and contract management, which resulted in a flawless options program and the elimination of costly errors, increased accuracy pertaining to a property’s secured and potential revenue (in addition to home sales revenue) and allowed Sales, Finance and Home Care to work more efficiently. All later became standardized audits and reports.
