I’m not a coach.
I’m not a guru.

I’m a survivor who went to hell.
Then mapped my way out.

At 21 I was addicted, broke, and ready to end my life in a bathtub.

My mind was a warzone.
My body was shutting down.

And the silent trauma inside me was louder than any scream.

But just before I gave up, a golden voice pierced through the darkness:

Whoever it was, it saved my life. 

That moment didn’t fix everything.
But it started everything.

Over the next decade I rebuilt myself—
Mentally. Emotionally. Physically. Spiritually.

Overcame my addictions, built good habits.
Became Head of Marketing for $100M start-ups. 
Created 12 businesses. Scaled to 8-figures. Travelled the world.

I was living the “dream.”

But then? 

As I touched what I thought was the pinnacle of success...

By 30, I completely burnt out.

And that trauma inside me? 
The one that wanted to end it all? 

It was STILL there.

That's when I realised, I was still running from...

💵 Money trauma.
😭 Childhood wounds.

One day I woke up, and the for the first time in my life...

Nothing more. Nothing less. 
Simply existing in the present moment. 

And that entire journey inspired my book—Unbroken You.

Not a memoir. Not fluff.

But a field-tested manual for rebuilding yourself when life has fallen apart.

And a reminder that, maybe, just maybe...
