As the CPO, I led the internal people and talent team, with responsibility for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, leadership development, DEIB, employee engagement and experience, as well as facilities for ~300 employees. Mineral operated with a "remote first" philosophy. I led due diligence for the HR function in partnership with PE owner and broker, contributing to the successful exit of Mineral in January 2024.
