🌟 Continuously drove community expansion for the Efficient Growth Slack Community, more than tripling its size from 428 members within the first quarter and achieving sustained growth, with the community now exceeding 4,100 members as of Nov. 2023. Since my community building efforts began in Oct. 2022, we've seen remarkable growth of ~322%.
🌟 Demonstrated exceptional leadership through testing and taking initiative to double weekly active member engagement from ~15% to 30% in just one quarter.
🌟 Drove exceptional growth across WITHIN's social platforms from August 2021 to June 2022, achieving significant milestones, including a 281.2% increase in impressions, 143.5% increase in total engagements, and a 219.9% surge in link clicks, contributing to a remarkable 60.3% overall audience increase and notable gains in message volume (272.9%) and video views (164.9%).

I also pride myself on knowing and deeply understanding the mechanics of platforms and tools us marketers use on a regular basis, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Asana, and more.
