Identified the need for a new organization to enable key divisional functions.  Created the business case, designed all aspects of the strategic vision, purpose, structure, and justification, and successfully created and led a net-new organization encompassing multiple functions.

- Project Management:  Led a team of project managers focused on delivering large, high-impact divisional projects via best practices in project management and consulting.
- Operations Excellence:  Developed a methodical approach to creating operational resilience through process analysis, workflow diagramming, and operational pain point identification via a continuous improvement mindset.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics:  Designed and developed predictive models around demand and capacity planning, along with leading efforts around leveraging operational performance data to generate enhanced business insights.

Championed the deployment and implementation of a suite of Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions to the clinical contact center enterprise. Performed dual-roles as both project manager and subject matter expert/product leader.

- Labor Cost Savings:  Achieved labor cost savings of $3.3M through inventive staffing strategies, operational standardization, and business process improvement.
- Strategic Operational Implementation:  Designed and led the strategy for implementing this suite of WFO solutions to the contact center operation.
- IT Systems Management:  Directly managed the deployment of IT solutions to over 1,000 company PCs.
