As a Sales Engineering Leader at Gong, my main duties involve managing and leading a team of Sales Engineers to support the sales process. This includes working closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions that meet those needs.

My responsibilities include overseeing the pre-sales technical process, including product demos, Business Assessments, and technical presentations. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
