Babylon VR is a Virtual Reality company created to accelerate the adoption of Virtual Reality. 
Services included providing immersive virtual-reality experiences to allow designs and immersive learning to become a reality. 

Custom projects were developed for clients in the Real-Estate, Design, Automotive, Public Institutions and Retail industries. Projects included developing interactive experiences in the Real-estate and Design industries, allowing users to visualize and design spaces that haven't been built yet.

Company highlights:

● Developed experiences implemented in showrooms for Real-Estate developers in Toronto, changing how buyers bought and customized their new homes.

● Created the first Virtual Reality experience for the University of Waterloo’s Hyperloop team (Waterloop), which was the only Canadian team to compete at the SpaceX HQ in 2017.

● 1 of 5 companies in the 2016 Google for Entrepreneurs Incubation cohort.

◦Responsible for instructing all drivers and partners as well as distributing tasks under these. Therefore, you always need a precise eye for details. You have to make sure that everyone administrative tasks are completed accurately and completely.
◦In addition, I am responsible for overseeing general work processes and the Compliance with daily metrics. This means cycling through the Shift Manager as often as necessary Support tracking and fore- casting of site performance.

Also involved with sortation of MISSORT packets from surrounding stations and additional tasks with CUBEOUT options for rebooking the excess parcels returned by the various dispatchers for further processing them for the next working day.

Master Thesis Title- Framework to analyze the supply chain network for the spare part business.
•	Based on research articles and along with the theoretically gained knowledge from the master’s course which helped in creating few frameworks and further even modify few models.
•	Analyzing different frameworks for spare part business considering meeting the customer requirements with lead time as an important factor.
•	Defining a stepwise method to analyze the frameworks by taking various factors such as criticality, demand, and price of a part into account and designing a matrix to summarize the lead time expectations.
•	Carrying out an economic evaluation for each frameworks considering inventory holding costs, average demand and safety stocks calculations at various stocking locations along with the required customer lead time to identify the optimal framework for the part business. 
•	Finally reflecting the analyzed framework with the spare part business of Oerlikon Barmag by analyzing few different categories of parts from their portfolio and identifying their optimal network for that part.

Master Thesis Intern

Worked as an intern with the customer service department during the specified timeframe, and during my stay, I helped with certain operations which are mentioned below: 
•	Supported in daily routine tasks by assisting with order confirmations and the updating of SAP master data. Furthermore, supported in monitoring & updating of delivery times of spare parts ordered by the customers based on stocks/ Inventory levels.
•	Carried out a Supplier Analysis for Screws & Bolts by analyzing volume and supplier data from SAP and the material requirement planning software to derive optimization potential in purchasing and fulfillment. 
•	Helped in putting forward ideas/points for the Design of a Portfolio Analysis for strategic Supplier and Material Management.

•	Assigned Jobs to respective employees for carrying out the machining process and inspection during regular intervals to check for any doubt regarding the work and even the progress.
•	Measured dimensions using measuring instruments for preparing 2-D Drawings and further creating 3-D Models using certain modeling Software.
•	Detailed check for Raw Materials and necessary stocks required for future Machining.
