Established substantial expertise in vendor management, financial decision-making and outsourcing to ensure exceptional project performance and timely product delivery.

•	Drove transformational change across Catapult’s SaaS platform, Edify, supporting multiple content formats to attract new client segments who require different formats of content, whilst driving retention of existing clients looking to enhance their product portfolio.
•	Led a security audit of the LMS and implemented significant enhancements, including strengthened passwords and 2FA to reduce the risk of future cyber incidents.
