- Built e-commerce app for Davids Tea from scratch, from initial vision and definition to user testing and delivery. Won an Idéa Design Award.
- Lead the evolution of the SAQ app, integrating new features and search optimisations to improve user experience 
- Manage the construction of a CMS and Back-End for two TV streaming platforms.

Mentored a group of young girls (15-16 year olds) through the technovation program through the course material to the creation and completion of a prototype app. Technovation aims to empower young girls to gain confidence and experience in their technical capabilities through the after-school program.

Lufa Farms Inc.

- Acted as proxy-Product Manager to create and present features for Lufa's online marketplace in order to enhance the user experience (managed product backlog and prioritization with Jira and design with Figma).
- Collaborated with the engineering team to build comprehensive dashboards to enable data-driven decision's for the purchasing department. 
- Managed and mentored a team of two buyers who were responsible for all day-to-day operations.
- Held weekly stand-ins with the operations and customer service teams to build best practices, share knowledge of products and refine operations to best suit the end-user.
- Worked across teams, from marketing, customer service and logistics to ensure successful product launches and distribution.
- Responsible for the development and growth of the fruits category of Lufa Farms' online marketplace by sourcing new partners, negotiating prices, promotions, contracts and improving current supplier relationships.
- Increased margins by 12% while maintaining or lowering retail prices through better relationships, improving logistics and product visibility, forecasts and re-negotiating old prices and contracts over 10 months
- Increased the average rating of the citrus category from 2.5 stars to 4.5 stars through better logistics, supplier relationships, communication and training with the warehouse packing team and sourcing more durable partners

Category Manager & Proxy Product Manager

- Responsible for product and supplier development, across produce and non-produce categories. 
- Managed a team of two junior purchasers to maintain product availability and inventory, respond to customer feedback and day to day operations for 5 categories
- Successfully sourced and developed long term relationships with organic farms in Canada and the US to supply the Lufa Farms Marketplace. 
- Negotiate prices, promotions and contracts with over 50 suppliers.

Merchandiser

• Responsible for maintaining product availability, sourcing, negotiating and on-boarding new suppliers and local partners
•  Communicate and build Lufa Farms’ vision of a food system that promotes fresh, local and responsible food according to our dream offering and seasonality
•  Manage four marketplace categories by auditing and building strategic plans including negotiated promotions, new product launches, marketing and merchandising, and supplier features
•  Successfully expanded variety according to Lufa’s mission test, resulting in doubled spending in each category and improved profit margins
• Work across teams, from marketing to logistics to ensure successful product launches and distribution

Starbucks Coffee Chile

•	Shadowed the Human Resources and Talent team, conducted barista, store manager and partner interviews 
•	Participated in multiple quality assessment checks in stores around the Santiago region and Valparaiso 
•	Led a research project into the global strategies at Starbucks, with particular focus on the successes and challenges of the operations in Chile and presented conclusions to the executive team
•	Participated in the Starbucks community work projects in orphanages in Santiago and led group activities such as baking and outdoor team games with children 
•	Developed a strategy to reduce the waste generated by the head office in Santiago, which was presented to the CEO, José-Luis Portela, and ultimately approved for implementation

I started my career at Lufa Farms, building a better food system. I worked on developing mission-tested products for the marketplace such as a fully local and organic alternative to Cheerios (in compostable packaging!) and rebuilding the fruits and plant-based categories to increase overall spending in that category through better quality products. 

Quickly, I got involved in improving the UX of the Lufa Farms platform to increase key metrics and discoverability (a lot of our great categories weren't getting any attention!). This is where I began pivoting into Product Management. By collaborating with the dev and design team, I worked on improving the checkout process and the visibility of the overall offering on the marketplace. 

After a while, my curiosity got the better of me and I needed to dive deeper into how websites are made. So, I learned how to code at Le Wagon. I built a couple of cute websites to make my life easier, like a scuba diving logging app. 

Throughout the last couple of years at Mirego, a digital agency, I've worked on award-winning e-commerce websites and apps in the food & beverages industry as well as streaming platforms and B2B API-driven internal tools. 

Beyond my official jobs, I find fulfilment in mentoring and guiding others. As a mentor with Technovation Montréal, I empower young girls (15-16 year olds) to develop their technical skills and confidence through the vision and development of their first prototype. The girls who complete the program are 3x more likely to pursue STEM studies!
