I initiated and spearheaded the AI workgroup, collaborating across Risk and Legal teams to forge a strategic path for generative AI use, ensuring compliance and innovation walk hand in hand.

A key achievement was orchestrating MYOB's first AI Hackday, igniting innovative thinking and sparking numerous AI projects, recognised with a company-wide Innovation Award. I played a crucial role in the development and launch of the Online ANZ Tax and Compliance software, demonstrating our team's agility and dedication to meeting complex user needs. By fostering a no-blame culture and promoting open communication, I bridged gaps between teams and leadership, enhancing operational efficiency and team cohesion.

Collaboration with Product and Design leads yielded a strategic transformation roadmap for online tax services, emphasising the importance of cross-functional synergy in innovation. I also led the critical evaluation of 'Build vs Buy' decisions for online tax and compliance workflows, ensuring our technology strategy aligned with business objectives and industry standards.

Through these initiatives, I not only contributed to MYOB's strategic direction but also cultivated a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

PROGRAM MANAGER – SMART ATM PROGRAM
        
Technology Program manager leading the Smart ATM Technology Program for the retail ATM business unit.  

The program is a multi-phased, multi-year program of projects, defining and delivering a complex integrated ATM and digital strategy for self-service banking, central to ANZ’s branch transformation program. The program or work is delivering in excess of $15M in technology change over 3 years.

Under my leadership, the program has successfully delivered the first fully secure Tap and Pin EMV ATM’s in the world, paving the way for further digital contactless integration.

PROJECT MANAGER - COUNTERPARTY CREDIT RISK ENGINE 

Technology Project Manager for the delivery of ANZ first high performance computing grid for the institutional business, leading to improved risk management of counterparty credit across ANZ’s portfolio, and a substantial increase to business liquidity by achieving IMM accreditation through APRA allowing for reduction in the minimum mandated cash reserves. The technology project budget was $10M for 18 months.

PROJECT MANAGER - VNBC ATM INTERCHANGE

Project manager for the leading integration of ANZ ATM network into the VNBC ATM network in order to increase the accessible ATM footprint in Vietnam from 90 to over 1,000. The project was a key component in the delivery of ANZ’s core super-regional strategy and vision for Asian network expansion and becoming one of the top four banks in Vietnam.
