       conducted in a manufacturing environment.

I have worked with small and large organisations and helped them achieve business efficiencies. My key strengths include stakeholder management, simplifying complex concepts into easily understood pieces and using these to implement successful projects. I derive great satisfaction from utilising these skills and experience and observing the tangible benefits they bring to any company I collaborate with. I have had proven success in leading high-performing. collaborative teams including fostering teamwork and individual growth in teams I have lead.

My career highlights include building a company from two staff members to a team of 40 and having it acquired by MYOB and then helping integrate it into the MYOB ways of working.

In my spare time you will see me sitting on my boat with a fishing line over the side, or hiking and exploring the scenery around south east Queensland.
