I've been an entrepreneur + engineer since school. Built websites, apps, agencies (and a few other businesses). 2V Modules is a successful product development agency that I'm still running.

Today, our primary focus is on automation and specifically AI-powered automation since. 
AI has changed what can be done in SMBs, scaleups, and enterprises in pretty much every aspect of their business, from marketing and sales to software development and HR.

How else would someone know you can deliver?

I mean, you can risk $50-$100 with a B2C product or service. 
However, even a bad haircut will make you sad.

But if it's a poorly executed $20K or $200K project that took months to deliver?
It might be crucial for a business. Lost money, lost opportunity, and potentially lost competition.

That's why I always focus on collecting those reviews and doing everything possible to deliver results our clients will be happy with.

Our full business automation process rarely takes less than 6-8 months, but as soon as our client starts seeing real results, we ask for the first review.

My opinion: you can't learn a craft from 12 hours of video.

You can get structure. 
You can understand enough to manage someone who does the work. 

But mastery? 

That only comes from building something badly, shipping it, then looking back 7 years later and cringing at what you didn't know.

I look at the software products we built in 2017...

So much we could've done better. 
But if we never built them, we'd never have learned those lessons.

I think that courses have their place. 

Especially if you're hiring for something and want to know enough to smell BS - I always try to dive into a topic deep enough to ask the right questions and see if someone's knowledge is actually much deeper than mine in a specific niche (this gives me confidence that the project will succeed). 

But real skill comes from the panic of a deadline, a real client waiting, and no tutorial that covers your exact mess. 

What taught you more: the tutorial or your first disaster of a project?

My LinkedIn posting decision tree is simple:

Do I have a great post idea burning inside?

YES: Go ahead and write a post

NO: Don't push myself when I don't have inspiration. I just open Flowthority - founder content autopilot daily content bot.

We see this pattern constantly in automation builds for service businesses. 

One of the low-hanging fruits for getting more leads is making sure you respond to every single call fast. This means handling after-hours calls and avoiding long queues during business hours. 

Fix the boring loop first: intake → scheduling → aftercare. Models and magic are secondary.

Most operators obsess over which AI to use. 
Wrong question.
