The majority of my efforts focus on laying the blueprint and groundwork for revenue strategy although, I spent the first month on product refinement/shaping and market validation. Once product was stabilized, I devised and implemented direct, indirect, and channel revenue streams. Before my departure, I created and handed off a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, full cycle sales blueprint, and revenue strategy with execution plan.
