What my MBA taught me about running a business:

- Speak in acronyms that sound important
- Conduct market segmentation analyses
- Build multi-year strategic plans
- Use Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, PESTLE (all at once)

Everything felt complex and honestly, kind of impressive.

But when I actually started my business?

None of that mattered unless I could keep it simple.
