As a digital marketing strategist, I help brands build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and scale them through digital channels. I run Valchanova.me, a hub for my consulting practice and a blog on marketing, digital strategy, and growth.

My core competencies include strategic research and planning, content marketing, brand messaging, and copywriting. I have worked with brands in various industries, from e-commerce to SaaS, from business services to luxury design. I have also trained more than 2,000 students and spoken at conferences across Europe. In my spare time, I organize popular science events with Ratio, fueling the passion for science in those who don't know they have it yet.

15+ years ago, after completing my Neuroscience 🧠 degree, running two start-ups of my own and feeling relatively directionless 🤔 on what to do next, I applied for a role at another start-up and became their second employee. 

What happened after that, I still can't believe today 🤯.

We beat the odds and succeeded 🚀. 

From a pre-revenue upstart, that company, Equiem, became a global proptech 🏢 leader, active in 25 countries, with 8-figures in ARR. We invented the niche now called 'tenant experience'. 

I played a critical role, climbing the ranks from junior coordinator, to become Head of Product and Design, then Head of Marketing, VP then CMO 🫡. 

Along the way, through a high-octane mix of self-learning, 'get sh** done', successes 🤑, failures 😭 and caffeine ☕, I learned how to: 

- Build a B2B marketing department from scratch - and scale it across 25+ countries 
- Evolve marketing from ‘sales support’ to an essential revenue contributor 💰
- Generate revenue from content, outbound, events, paid, partnerships, customers 
- Help sales win complex enterprise deals faster through enablement + ABM 
- Build a brand globally recognized and respected by its peers 
- Achieve high efficiency through a scientific approach to scaling
- Manage a global team, while being an effective executive

It’s been quite a ride so far, and I feel like I’ve only just started.
