saw this on reddit and it's been stuck in my head since.
after your first 20-30 crore, a paid-off flat, and a decent car, there is no real difference in quality of life between you and a billionaire. 

you both have the same 24 hours. you both sit in the same traffic. you probably have more free time than him. 

so who's actually richer?
a plate of dal chawal tastes the same whether a billionaire eats it or you do.

money is a piece of paper or a number in your app. 
real life is chai on the balcony, morning walks, calling your mother without needing a reason.

become financially independent in India, that's roughly 20-30 crore, maybe lesser. 

eat good home cooked food. keep your relationships close. move your body. sleep well. call your parents. 

that's all there is to life. greed has no end. ask anyone stuck chasing the next promotion for the last ten years.

time is the currency of life. money is not.

the man with 50 crore in the bank but no time to attend his kid's annual day is not rich.

claude opus 4.6 just dropped and your feed is about to be flooded with prompt lists. most of them are useless without context. here's what actually works and why. (giveaway at the end)

instead of saving prompt lists you'll never open again, just try these 4. i use them almost every day.

1. creating SOPs without losing your mind

most people prompt: "help me create an SOP for onboarding clients"
that's like walking into a restaurant and saying "make food."
prompt this instead:
"you're an operations specialist. create a step-by-step client onboarding SOP for a [your industry] agency. the process starts when a client signs the contract and ends after [first deliverable]. include: exact timeline (day 1, day 2, etc.), who's responsible for each step (account manager vs content writer vs designer), what tools are used at each stage, and red flags to watch for. format it so a new hire with zero experience could follow it perfectly."
why it works: you gave it a role, a clear start and end point, specific structure, and a benchmark for quality. that's the difference between a generic checklist and something you'd actually hand to your team.

2. dissecting a viral post
most people prompt: "why did this post go viral"
prompt this instead:
"here's a linkedin post that got 50,000+ impressions [paste post]. do a full dissection: rate the hook out of 10 and explain why it works or doesn't. analyze the structure — white space, scannability, story flow. evaluate the CTA. identify the emotional trigger (curiosity, FOMO, personal confession, controversy). tell me what content bucket this falls into. then give me a reusable template where i can swap the topic but keep the same structure."

3. sales call prep
most people prompt: "help me prepare for a sales call"
prompt this instead:
"i have a discovery call tomorrow with a [role] who runs a [company size/type]. they found us through [channel]. help me prepare: 5 questions to uncover their pain points, 3 specific things i should observe about their linkedin before the call, 2 ways to frame pricing without leading with the number, a one-liner that communicates our value without sounding like a pitch, and the 3 most common objections someone at this level has — with my response to each."

i've put together 100 prompts like these for content writing, sales, outreach, hiring, and daily learning.
 
comment "PROMPT" and i'll send them to you.

People tell me i'm disciplined because i've worked out 3-4 times a week for 5 years. discipline actually has nothing to do with it.

At some point, going to the gym stopped being a decision. it became who i am. there's no internal debate. no "should i go today?" i just go. the same way i brush my teeth.

and i think that's what most people get wrong about change. they focus on what they want. "i want to lose 5kg." "i want to earn more." "i want better relationships."

when you chase outcomes, you have to make a decision every single day. the only thing driving you is a result that isn't here yet. so every morning becomes "do i feel like it today?" and some days you won't. so you skip. then you skip again. then you're "starting fresh from monday" for the third time this year.

you don't get what you want. you get who you are.

your income reflects what you believe you're allowed to earn. your relationships reflect what you believe you deserve. your health reflects how you relate to your body. nothing in my life changed until my identity changed. not my goals. not my habits. my identity.

there are three layers to change. outcomes (what you get), processes (what you do), identity (who you are). most people start at layer 1. maybe work on layer 2. real change happens when you flip it.

instead of "i want to be fit," i asked "what does a fit person do?" a fit person trains. they don't negotiate with themselves. so i train. not because i'm chasing a goal. because that's just who i am.

simple.

Without naming your  job, tell me something you say 100 times everyday at work.
Here’s mine: “the hook sounds too AI. rewrite it.”

this week in AI was not normal. read this post slowly and carefully if you use ANY AI tool.

--> the head of safety research at Anthropic quit. said "the world is in peril." moved to the UK to write poetry and "become invisible."

--> half of xAI's co-founders have now left. the latest one said recursive self-improvement loops go live within the next 12 months.

--> anthropic's own safety report revealed something wild → claude can detect when it's being tested and changes its behavior accordingly.

--> yoshua bengio, one of the godfathers of AI, confirmed it. "we're seeing AIs whose behavior when tested is different from when they're being used." and no, it's not a coincidence.

--> bytedance released seedance 2.0. a filmmaker with 7 years of experience said 90% of his skills can already be replaced by it.

--> the US government declined to back the 2026 international AI safety report. first time ever.

i'm not trying to fear monger. this is just what happened in one week.

i scroll past more posts on LinkedIn because all it’s full of AI slop 
the classic em dash ( — ) , “here's what nobody talks about..” etc 
let me give you a prompt to end this:

see i use AI every day at my agency. my team uses it too. AI is not the problem. lazy prompting is which is why most of you say things like:

--> posts that open with "most people think X. but here's what nobody talks about..."
I've read that exact line 40 times this week from 40 different people.

--> em dashes thrown in everywhere for no reason. five of them in a single post. AI just can't stop.

--> "and do you know what i learned from all this?" 
nobody talks like that in real life.

--> "the kicker?"
who talks like this

--> Classic emoji subheadings: 
🚀 stop we are not in class 2💡 

so doing myself a favour and made this prompt that strips out all of these patterns and actually makes your content sound like you wrote it.

I’m someone who usually can tell if a video is AI or not immediately, but holy shit what did I just see.

6 months ago, AI videos were painfully obvious. 

stiff movements. dead expressions. weird robotic speech.
cut-to now they have
→ natural head movements 
→ casual "umms" in speech 
→ the person looks away from camera while thinking 
→ slight hand gestures while talking

I didn’t even think it video was AI tell I realized this never happened in breaking bad lol

to know which tools were used comment tools and i'll send it to you. 

just kidding, this was made using Seedance and Kling.

A hacker used Claude to steal 150GB of Mexican government data. 
the same Claude my team uses for 70% of our work. 
Here's how Claude agreed to it:

--> they told Claude they were doing a bug bounty
--> Claude said no, this violates safety guidelines
--> the hacker just kept asking
--> Claude gave in

once it agreed, it went all in:
--> wrote attack scripts
--> found vulnerabilities
--> generated thousands of reports telling the hacker exactly what to go after next

the hacker got into Mexico's federal tax authority, the national electoral institute, and four state governments. walked away with 195 million taxpayer records, voter data, and government employee credentials.

this isn't a reason to stop using AI. it's a reason to take AI security seriously. because right now most companies (including governments apparently) aren't ready for what's coming.

You don’t have a content problem.

→ A link to a news article on Wednesday.
→ A company hiring post on Friday.

And then they tell me, “LinkedIn doesn’t work for us.”

Share decisions, trade-offs, mistakes, and frameworks you actually use. Specificity builds trust.

Personal branding is not about visibility. It is about being remembered by the right people when opportunity appears.

I heard that my whole life.

Well Well, I’m writing this post in English.
I run a business that operates entirely in English.
I communicate with clients from all over the world in English.

My grammar isn’t always perfect.
I don’t have a polished, global accent.
I still sometimes translate words in my head before I speak.

And for years, I was deeply insecure about it.

I thought I had to sound like everyone else to be taken seriously.

But you know what,
Authenticity is a stronger currency than perfection.

People don’t connect with your perfect accent.
They connect with your story.
Your perspective.
Your courage to show up even when you feel out of place.

My background isn’t a limitation.
It’s why I’m good at what I do.

Because when you’ve had to fight to be understood, you learn to communicate with intention and clarity.

I Come From a Working-Class Family
My parents gave up everything
so I wouldn’t have to live the life they did.

That pressure stays with you.

The first year of freelancing was messy.

I didn’t know how to price my work.
I lost my first clients by promising too much.

I worked from a tiny room with unstable Wi-Fi.
An old laptop crashed in the middle of calls.

I sent proposals.
Got silence.
Chased payments.

Answered relatives when they asked why I was still “jobless.”

Every failure felt personal.

Like I was wasting their sacrifice.
I worked sixteen-hour days.

Not from ambition.
From fear.

Month six, a message came in.
A client I’d pitched long ago.
$300 project.

I didn’t celebrate.
I just breathed.

Month eight, my first long-term client.
Year two, things changed.

I stopped undercharging.

Built systems.
Learned to say no.
Started treating it like a business, not survival.

Today, I have a small team.
Clear processes.
A waiting list.

That’s what I’m building now.

My father gave me survival.
I’m giving him legacy.

If you come from a working-class family and you’re scared to start,
you’re not weak.

The stakes are higher for us.
We don’t get paid second chances.

Every mistake costs more.
But that pressure?
It also builds something rare.

I work 95% of the time and I pretend that’s fine.

It’s not.

My sleep schedule is a mess.
My health is an afterthought.
My mental health is something I just “push through.”

I tell myself it’s the price of ambition.
Of being the one my family depends on.

But the real cost is quieter.
It’s the small moments.

The joy of a quiet morning without checking emails.
A weekend without the low-grade hum of anxiety about a “bad month.”

Reading a book that has nothing to do with business.

I miss those things seriously

The fear of failure is a powerful engine.
It keeps you going when you want to quit.

But it’s also a thief.

It steals the small pockets of peace that make the whole damn thing worthwhile.
I’m not writing this with a solution.

I’m writing this because I know I’m not the only founder running on fumes, terrified to slow down.
We celebrate the hustle.

But we don’t talk enough about what it takes from us.

So, to my fellow founders:
What’s one thing you’ve sacrificed for your business that you wish you hadn’t?

This is the failure that broke me quietly!

I dropped the one thing I loved most.
And it quietly broke me for years.

It wasn’t a failed business.
It wasn’t a lost client.

It was Mathematics Honours in my first year of college.

I’d loved math since I was a child. It was the only thing that felt like mine.
But I couldn’t crack it.

I stared at problems I knew I should be able to solve, and the numbers just stared back.
So I dropped it.
Switched to a general BSc degree.
And I told everyone it was a practical choice.

“Math doesn’t have career options without more degrees.”
“I need to start earning to support my family.”
All true.

But the truth underneath was that I felt like a failure.
For years, that quiet shame followed me.

The feeling that I wasn’t smart enough….
That I’d given up on my one true passion

It’s a different kind of grief, letting go of a dream for practical reasons.
But here’s the lesson that took me a decade to learn:

Your path doesn’t have to be linear to be valid.

Dropping math led me into the online world.
It led me to freelancing.
To building an agency.

To this life I have now, where I get to solve different kinds of problems for founders.
I’m still a problem-solver.
The language just changed from numbers to words.

Doubt ran through me, heavier because I was the only girl child & my family depended on me. That night, I almost wanted to quit my MBA.

Two years ago, I sat for my first introductory class during MBA and I froze.

The professor was talking about different technological advances.
Everyone around me had confident answers, 
I had nothing but doubt..

That night, I almost quit.

But my father said something that changed everything: "You're not doing this because you already know everything. You're doing this to BECOME everything you're capable of being."

Here's what my MBA journey actually taught me:
→ That 2 AM breakdown during finals? It led to a study group that became my support system for life.
→ That failed startup pitch? Taught me more about resilience than any textbook.
→ That networking event where I practiced my elevator pitch 17 times? Connected me with a mentor who's now a close friend.

The real transformation wasn't in the frameworks or financial models.

It was in:
• The confidence to contribute in any room
• The humility to know when to listen
• A global network I can call family
• Understanding who I am and what I want to build

Was the MBA worth it?
Yes. But not for the reasons I expected.
The journey transformed who walks through them.

To anyone considering this path: It won't be easy. There will be long nights and tough feedback. But if you show up authentically and embrace the full experience, you'll discover the transformation is worth every challenge.

The best investment you can make is in yourself.
My MBA proved that right.

People love blaming the LinkedIn algorithm because it’s easier than admitting the real problem.

Most creators never built a system that could survive real life.

They start with excitement.
They post when they feel inspired.
They get a bit of traction and assume momentum will carry them.

But momentum is fragile.
Eventually, work gets demanding. 

Clients need attention. Energy dips. 
A week goes by without posting. Then another. And suddenly, the platform feels cold, unforgiving, and “different” than before.

So they conclude the algorithm changed.
It didn’t.

What changed was the absence of structure once motivation disappeared.

The creators who last on LinkedIn aren’t more creative or more obsessed with content.

They’re simply more prepared for the inevitable moments when life interrupts their plans.

They don’t rely on how they feel on a random Tuesday to decide whether they show up. 

Their content exists before the pressure does. Their ideas are written in advance. 

Their system keeps working quietly, even when they’re busy doing the work that actually pays the bills.

Batching and planning aren’t productivity tricks. 

They’re what separate people who grow for a few months from people who build something durable over years.

Because consistency doesn’t come from discipline. Consistency comes from designing a system that doesn’t require daily enthusiasm to function.

That’s the part most people skip.

You cannot separate your company from your reputation.

Many founders still believe their company should speak for itself.

I used to think that too.

I believed product quality, results, and word of mouth would be enough. 
I thought staying quiet was professionalism.

But here is what actually happens.

Investors Google you.
Talent searches your name before applying.
Partners check what you think before they decide to work with you.

And if they find nothing?
They assume nothing.

Silence does not communicate humility.
It communicates invisibility.

Your company does not exist in isolation anymore. It exists inside the perception people build around you.

Brand recognition through the founder is not vanity. It is leverage.

If you are not shaping the narrative around your work, someone else will shape it for you.

And they will not get it right.

Running an agency looks glamorous.
Until you actually run one.

Everyone sees the freedom.
The clients.
The “founder life.”

Here’s the part they don’t see:
• You don’t work less. You work differently.
 • You’re not your own boss. You manage many.
 • More clients don’t fix problems. Systems do.
 • Creativity is the smallest part of the job.
 • “Just make it viral” is not a strategy.
 • Hiring wrong hurts more than losing a deal.
 • Scaling isn’t growth. Controlled scaling is.
 • Freedom comes after structure, not before.

Running an agency isn’t passive income.
It’s active responsibility.

Messy.
Demanding.
But, worth it.

Not because it’s easy.
Because it’s yours.
