Velka Olgers - Nedialkova

I help leaders and organisations think more clearly, so they can act more coherently.

In my work with senior leaders and teams, I rarely encounter a lack of intelligence, ambition or expertise. What I see instead is something more subtle, and more costly: unclear thinking, imprecise language, and decisions made under pressure without true alignment.
My background is in philosophy, human behaviour and leadership development. Philosophy is not an abstract interest for me; it is a practical discipline. It trains the ability to question assumptions, hold complexity, and make sound decisions when certainty is unavailable, which is the daily reality of leadership.

As owner of In2motivation, I work with international organisations on leadership and organisational development, executive communication and cultural alignment. I design programmes that go beyond skills and motivation, focusing instead on how leaders think, speak and relate, because behaviour changes only when thinking changes first.
My approach is human, rigorous and commercially grounded. I translate complexity into clarity, and clarity into action. When leadership becomes more coherent, trust strengthens, decisions improve, and performance follows naturally.

I work best with leaders who understand that real transformation starts before action, in how we think.

"Leave it better than you found it" 
This is my motto in life but also in business. 
How many times I got in trouble because of this? To many and thats' exactly why I keep doing it. 

Inspired by Simon Whitehouse and his support for people out of work for more than 6 months. I made this decision. 

Through Peter Koijen Foundation, I am opening a free support for neurodivergent people who are navigating recruitment and selection.

This REALLY for Free. 
Because no one should have to pay to be treated as human.
I have spent decades inside organisations. I know how recruitment works.
And I have seen, again and again, how many neurodivergent people are not lacking talent, hey are simply exhausted from translating themselves into systems that were never designed for them.

This project is not about helping you “perform better” in interviews.  It is not about masking. And it is not about fixing you.
It is about giving you back:
– clarity about how you function
– language to express your value without erasing yourself
– perspective on which environments will drain you and which won’t
– permission to stop trying to fit where you don’t belong
This is not therapy. This is not traditional coaching.
It is human, strategic guidance, based on real experience, offered freely, with respect.

you have felt misunderstood or “too much” in recruitment
you know you bring value but struggle to communicate it
you are tired of adapting to contexts that cost you your wellbeing
