It took me more than 20 years to find my superpowers. Be it simple breathing practice or using your own visualization to achieve what you want?  I do not want you to spend these many years to find yours. 

How did Kyrashines came into existence? 

I curated the idea of Kyrashines while I was mentoring & training a lot of my team members. It made me realize that there is no platform available focused to combine the four elements of human existence i.e. Mind, Body, Emotions & Energy and work with them to make everyone shine. In simple words, using this combination we can easily bring people into a state of awareness, use consciousness, be in a high performance state and feel joyful.

I have been working in corporate world for almost two decades in different industries, geographies and companies. Being a working mother, mindfulness comes naturally to the mind as an important element. 

I first underwent the transformation myself, by learning & practicing the different Coaching, Yogic & Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques. 

After my own positive experiences, I decided to bring it to people to benefit from it. I used my varied experience to identify the needs of individuals to grow and how they can use the simple life elements for themselves.

I have over 19 years of comprehensive corporate experience with marquee clients across several geographies. I am a transformation expert in bringing ideas to life and enabling teams to focus on high-performance and delivery excellence.
