I was given an opportunity to perform variety of roles since I was promoted several times for showing outstanding performance during my span with HCL Technologies. I was entrusted with a responsibility of supporting Toscana platform for multiple European clients and leveraging hands-on experience in end-to-end platform based development for 4 years. I defined service standards and guidelines that served as benchmark for excellent service delivery and as per national & global standards and in adherence with Service Level Agreements.

I was managing a team of 30 people including 5 leads as well as organizing and planning staffing operations & handling periodic performance appraisal. I served as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns; analyzed customer orders, established delivery priorities and made schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals, implement process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving. I was given opportunity to make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations; developing scope and budget for delivery projects and reporting delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
