Product catalog management of AGA/Linde Gas online shops in the REN (Region Europe North) area - Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
SEO, digital marketing. Working tightly together with sales representatives in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland in order to fill AGA's online shops with the right products and attributes in respective languages.

Working for AGA Natural Gas under Linde Group means constant development of knowledge in the gas industry as well as communicating daily in 4+ languages with our partners and colleagues who are based in Germany, the Uk, and Region North Europe.

The eCommerce team was a new project and opened AGA's three first online shops at the beginning of 2018. We were working on getting ready for the launch of an app that allows our customers to purchase their gas on the go.
Our main goal was to convert existing email/phone order customers into online order customers.
My main activities were to manage online product catalogs for each country, managing the content and keeping the SEO up to date. I also supported the work of digital marketing.

For that, I launched the Norwegian brand Garnstudio DROPS and the Indian brand KnitPro. Both brands are still doing well in Estonia. 

My most significant achievement was launching the Garnstudio DROPS brand in the Estonian market and turning it into a widely used yarn brand.

My mindset in my daily work is:
1 - Improving Processes: I seek efficiency by looking at how things are done and finding better ways, I help organizations/departments/teams to work smarter and achieve more.

2 - Building Connections: I believe that valuable ideas can come from anyone. By connecting with different people, I learn new things and bring fresh ideas.

Personal Passion:
In my community, I look for ways to help women and mothers navigate life. At one point, I envisioned a co-working space with an attached childcare option, inspired by the many mothers I met trying to balance their lives (is this even possible?). The project didn’t move forward, but it taught me a lot. I also have a personal project where I share suggestions on how to enjoy the city with kids of different ages. I’ve learned that sometimes a small tip from me can really help someone else.
