“What time are you open?”

When service ends at 5:00 PM:

⚠️ A major security risk in car servicing and car rental — no one talks about it.

A mailbox.

At first glance, it seems like a “simple solution.”
In reality, it’s full of risks — especially when we’re talking about car keys, responsibility, and customers’ property.

📮 Why a mailbox is NOT a solution for car keys:
– A mailbox can only receive items
 – Signal range can be extended → access is not truly controlled
 – There is no information about the customer’s issue or the work needed
 – You don’t know who dropped off the keys
 – You don’t know when they were dropped off
 – There is no secure or controlled way to return the keys

In other words:
 ❌ no traceability
 ❌ no accountability
 ❌ no security
 ❌ no process
And in the end, all that’s left is hope that nothing goes wrong.
