Experience in 10+ industries (EdTech, FinTech, LegalTech, etc.) in B2B / B2C, consumer apps, and SaaS platforms. I create and implement business growth strategies, improve product quality, and establish cross-functional team collaboration, focusing on achieving key metrics.

I built my own strategic/product consulting agency from scratch, where I have worked for the last 2.5 years. We delivered 30+ projects with industry leaders, achieving product (NPS, CSI, efficiency, retention, MAU) and commercial results (LTV, ARPU, CAC, MRR). My consulting background has strengthened a systematic approach to product development within me, regardless of the business sector.
