I’m an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building global companies and digital products.

I founded Product School in 2014, which is the global leader in product training with a community of over two million members. All of our instructors are real-world Product Leaders working at top Silicon Valley companies including Google, Meta, Netflix, Airbnb, Uber, and Amazon.

Prior to Product School, I founded Floqq, the largest online education marketplace in Spanish and Portuguese at the time. Floqq joined the 500 Startups and Startup Chile accelerator programs.

My educational background includes Certificates in Global Business Management and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.

I co-authored the Amazon bestseller The Product Book. Additionally, I've participated as a speaker in more than 1,000 events, conferences and classes around the world. 

Outside of work, I love skiing and playing tennis.

Successfully launched 4 new products (and counting!) through 50+ user interviews, user-centric product roadmapping, product positioning, and launch strategy planning. Product include: Emotion Regulation course, Interpersonal Effectiveness course, Advanced DBT course, and DBT for professionals CE course. 100+ students actively enrolled to date.

Guidepost DBT

Sister company to TheraHive. 

Managed a team of 4 direct reports and 10 therapists.

Restructured company financial operating model to become profitable again after year-long m.o.m. loss by rolling out a new team compensation model, trimming expenses, and launching 3 new offerings to offset revenue loss. Achieved break-even in first 30 days following implementation (first time in more than 1 year for the company).

Led the ABM program, defined GTM strategy for new product and feature launches, owned annual industry report (from data collection to analysis to launch), stood-up a competitive intelligence program, and enabled cross-functional teams on messaging and positioning strategy.

Led a team of 6 Engineers and 2 designers for our External Platform (website) team. Launched 5 tier-1 products in 4 months with the goal of doubling our B2B pipeline. Decreased number of bugs reported to <10 per week (28% overall decrease) by establishing end to end testing process, enabling other teams to build products autonomously, and using creative retrospectives to encourage learning and finding ways to improve. Lead Product Manager

Launched self-paced course offering and conducted price sensitivity research to refine pricing and packaging strategy. Result: six figure revenue KPI exceeded in first month of sales.

Launched Charity Raffle Draw by partnering with 3 national charities. Collected $3500 in donations in first week. Goal: raise $3000+ per month. First event held in June 2021.

Increased quarterly revenue +57% by launching digital marketing strategy (social, email, and physical paid media) with the goal of nationally franchising the business.

My journey is a blend of continuous learning, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence in product marketing.

One of my proudest professional achievements is turning around a three-year-long streak of unprofitability as General Manager at Guidepost DBT. We broke even and developed new revenue streams that brought us closer to profitability—a testament to the power of strategic marketing and a dedicated team.

At TheraHive, I lead product marketing alongside three amazing co-founders, as we all work to improve mental health, one student at a time. Having taken the program myself, filled in as a coach, and run the sales process, I can truly speak to the power of mental health skills– and the power of rolling up your sleeves and doing every job to learn everything about how a company functions.

At Product School, I directly supported the enterprise B2B team to close over $2M in deals with a comprehensive competitor analysis, battle cards, sales enablement material, and a fascinating report on product management industry trends. I MC'ed ProductCon live from the stage in New York in 2021, and lead the event volunteer team in London that same year. You might also recognize me from many podcast episodes, a product pitch judge, and AMA host.

When I'm not living my dream PMM life, I teach dance to 2-18 year olds with a local charity. I'm learning German with DuoLingo. And occasionally I love to explore viticulture and wine from around the world.
