I’m an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building global companies and digital products.

I founded Product School in 2014, which is the global leader in product training with a community of over two million members. All of our instructors are real-world Product Leaders working at top Silicon Valley companies including Google, Meta, Netflix, Airbnb, Uber, and Amazon.

Prior to Product School, I founded Floqq, the largest online education marketplace in Spanish and Portuguese at the time. Floqq joined the 500 Startups and Startup Chile accelerator programs.

My educational background includes Certificates in Global Business Management and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.

I co-authored the Amazon bestseller The Product Book. Additionally, I've participated as a speaker in more than 1,000 events, conferences and classes around the world. 

Outside of work, I love skiing and playing tennis.

Lead Forensics

In this role I led three separate marketing channels using an array of social media and prospecting tactics to generate new business enquiries and demonstrations for Lead Forensics.

The smallest team was created from scratch during my time as the Head of Social Prospecting in 2022.

The biggest team I helped to create during my time as the Social Prospecting Manager in 2020. This team grew rapidly after its conception and became too much for me to manage in its infancy alongside my other team, so it was nice to come full circle and lead them again once I had climbed the ranks.

The third team was completely new for 2023. This team was built from the ground up using new strategies for Lead Forensics.

I'm proud to say I have moved up the ladder again! Now working as the Head of Social Prospecting for Lead Forensics.

I led a team of 20 individuals who prospect using social channels on a global basis. We are a group of people who all have completely different backgrounds, but are all joined together striving towards a common goal and target. I couldn't be prouder of the team I currently have in place and am always looking to grow and improve.

🖥️ As a Website Personalization Specialist, I was in charge of using the Webeo software on both the Webeo and Lead Forensics sites. Whether it's creating campaigns targeting entire industries, assisting our Direct Mail campaigns, or even personalizing to our highest value ABM prospects.

The Webeo software is intuitive, always evolving, and the results speak for themselves!

Within the first six months personalizing the Webeo website I have achieved:

Often acting as the duty manager due to being the most senior member of staff in the store at certain times.

Completed all of the relevant manager training courses but the opportunity to step-up didn't present itself before I chose to move on.
