Today, people are looking for a quality health and wellness approach. Today families are shifting to nutraceuticals instead of medication. The concern is there is a growing percentage of the nutritional products today that have a lot of dyes, artificial colors, hydrogenated fats, talc, PCBs, and aspartame, but also harbor alarming ingredients like MSG, and even mercury backed with junk science behind them.

For the last 3 years, I was working with health professionals implementing customize science-based wellness and weight management into their practice. I have a passion for working with doctors but I saw the need for a simplified yet comprehensive wellness approach for the average person.

At Wellness Next Step we will make the most of the current technology and scientific advances in nutrition. Our goal is to simplify the way you look at our nutrition supplements by giving you access to products with the fastest and most efficient delivery system of all nutraceutical supplements. You will also have access to free wellness consulting and product seminars.

Over the course of my career, I’ve realized that to create a lasting impact, we must not only focus on the people we serve but also on supporting those who are in positions to serve others. By empowering those individuals—whether they are teachers, healthcare professionals, veterans, or community leaders—we can extend our influence and help them leverage their unique abilities on a much broader scale.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worn multiple hats—neuroscientist, physician, coach, and entrepreneur—but the common thread has always been my desire to help others. As a co-founder of Vibly, a well-being platform designed specifically for coaches, my mission is to make personal growth and flourishing accessible to everyone. We believe in unlocking human potential through small, compounding actions that drive meaningful change. Coaches are the frontline workers of personal development, and they deserve affordable, HIPAA-compliant tools that allow them to focus on what they do best—supporting their clients’ well-being.

In my work with Vibly, we’ve created a community where coaches can connect, collaborate, and refer clients, fostering a holistic approach to personal growth.
