From scaling startups to leading a $4.6B business at Microsoft, I’ve learned one enduring truth: success is built on meaningful connections—between people, ideas, and opportunities. And the multiplier is always trust.

I was raised in a close-knit Italian family in New Jersey. My grandfather arrived in the U.S. with $20 in his pocket and built sustainable businesses through grit and determination. My dad—an Army veteran of WWII—taught me that integrity and trust aren’t “nice to have.” They’re everything. Those lessons became the foundation of my leadership.

In the startup world, I helped scale a company from $6M to $125M and to a successful public exit.

At General Dynamics, I turned around a struggling division—driving exponential growth, securing $20M in defense appropriations, and delivering roughly a third of the company’s revenue by aligning partners around execution.

Then came nearly a decade at Microsoft, where I led the U.S. Public Sector Partner business through a major transformation. We grew revenue from $2.5B to $4.6B, helped shape the modern cloud reseller model, and built high-performing teams known for alignment, results, and credibility.

But along the way, I saw a gap: leaders didn’t just need strategy decks. They needed focus, practical frameworks, and a trusted space to learn from one another.

So in 2017, I founded Ultimate Partner® to be that compass for technology leaders navigating ecosystem-led growth. Through the Ultimate Guide to Partnering® podcast (270+ episodes) and Ultimate Partner LIVE events, I bring together top voices from Microsoft, AWS, Google, and the broader partner ecosystem. I also developed the 8 Principles of Partnering Success—a practical framework leaders use to align strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

Having witnessed the industry from multiple perspectives – leading a $4.6 billion Ecosystem at Microsoft, spearheading partnerships for a billion-dollar company, and hosting 200 episodes of the Ultimate Guide to Partnering®, I’ve gained invaluable insights and crafted a manifesto of principles to guide your success.

By implementing the MVVM architecture, I enhanced code maintainability and project efficiency, while my adept use of Firebase services bolstered backend infrastructure and user experience. My leadership drove efficient localization strategies and streamlined translation management.

My leadership and technical prowess shone in the development of the Kotlin-based "Rumi" app, ensuring optimal performance. My impact extended to robust CI/CD systems on Azure, enabling automated builds and seamless deployment on various platforms.

A standout achievement was spearheading the creation of the bilingual app "Mi Luma," benefiting thousands in Puerto Rico through Flutter. I showcased innovation in multi-platform development with "My ATCO Electricity," leveraging Flutter for Android, iOS, and web applications.

In the ATCO ForSite project, I significantly enhanced stability, reducing crashes by 30% through modular architecture, MVVM, Dependency Injection, and rigorous testing.

Lead Mobile Engineer

Leading the Enterprise module within our organization's Android app, I catered to millions of users across verticals like Transportation, Express, and Food Services. I architected the module using Kotlin, MVVM, Uber RIBs, Dagger, and RxJava/RxAndroid, seamlessly integrating Room for efficient data management.

My proficiency in cross-platform development was evident in using React Native to craft Android and iOS apps, showcasing adaptability. I guided a dynamic team in migrating key features from the main Passenger app to an independent application, resulting in the successful creation and launch of Angkas.

Through a scripted bash process, I streamlined automated translation workflows, ensuring precise and timely localization for various projects to support more than 8 languages across South East Asia.

My team's innovative approach triumphed in the 2015 Grab hackathon, where we developed a secure chat system prioritizing passengers'/drivers' privacy, a testament to my commitment to user security.

In my short life at Telus, I effectively oversaw the entire software development lifecycle, steering projects from conception through design, testing, deployment, and maintenance. My collaborative approach led to the successful creation of a top-notch Android TV application, achieved through close partnerships with cross-functional teams comprising designers, product managers, and backend developers.
With a keen eye for detail, I adeptly troubleshooted and resolved technical issues, contributing significantly to application performance and stability enhancement.

I played a pivotal role as a valued member of the Android team for the TV project. Here, I contributed to the delivery of cloud, data, and security services to esteemed global brands, showcasing my commitment to delivering exceptional results through collaboration.

- Home security: Primary developer for Android Mobile and TV applications. Live streaming based on HLS, Smooth-Streaming, and Dash URLs is the main functionality of the app.
