* Tu travailles plus de 40 h par semaine, jongles avec des journées à rallonge, du temps dans les transports ou des déplacements professionnels. Résultat : il ne reste plus beaucoup de temps pour toi.

* Rester assis derrière un écran pendant des heures, enchaîner les réunions sans fin, te laisse souvent sans énergie. À la fin de la journée, tu te sens mou, vidé et sans aucune envie de faire du sport.

 Je suis Robin, ingénieur et coach diplômé en sciences de l’entraînement et de la nutrition. Grâce à ma double casquette, je comprends tes contraintes et tes priorités, et je sais comment t’accompagner efficacement.

 J’ai eu l’opportunité de côtoyer des professionnels de tous niveaux, que ce soit au sein de LVMH ou aujourd’hui dans le Groupe Swatch. Cette expérience me permet de comprendre en profondeur les problématiques auxquelles peuvent faire face les ingénieurs et cadres, peu importe leur place dans l’organigramme.
