Head of New Product Development and sourcing, setting up and leading the design team in Vietnam to develop collections for Restoration Hardware, Four Hands & Kohler/Ann Sacks. This role meant providing household-name Designers with the best possible support to realize their ideas into clear cut collections. From the technical knowledge and engineering at the start of an idea, to connecting the designs with the best suited high-end manufacturers in Vietnam, Italy and Portugal.

Wesbrook Furniture is a leading manufacturer of high-end furniture, located in Shaoxing, China.  Marquee was involved in setting up Wesbrook's new manufacturing plant in Vietnam, providing hands-on guidance and Vietnam experience from the very start. The key challenges were the search and identification of factory locations, negotiations with land owners, the legal frame work and company licensing. In later stages, the focus shifted to building out the supplier base, hiring the core management team, and working with contractors and suppliers to get the factory operational.
