👉 A CFO's financial rigor is the baseline. The modern CFO must be an architect of efficiency. If they cannot model the margin impact of agentic AI vs headcount, they are leaking value before the exit.

👉 For the COO we are moving from managing humans to managing systems. A COO who excels at "process optimisation" is outdated. You need a leader who can design autonomous workflows and integrate it with your humans.

👉 Stop hiring CTOs who just keep the lights on. The new mandate is to build a "proprietary data moat." If your technology leader relies entirely on public models, you have no defensibility at the sale.
