HART Aviation started as the outsourced aviation department of BHP Billiton, and was a leading consultant to resources companies on aviation issues. It did business in over 60 countries annually. I was responsible for the company’s Strategy, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Administration functions, and member of the Leadership Team reporting to the CEO.

    o	quadrupling its revenue, through reinvestment only, 
    o	growing its workforce three-fold, 
    o	broadening its client base five-fold, and
