women's day falls on a sunday this year so we decided to prepone it in office and treat the women in our office to a good time. ensure atleast some of the work stress is relieved with a massage, flowers, and sweet dishes. 

and while we do these activities, our focus stays on ensuring the work conditions for the women in our organisation continue to be top-notch. women are the backbone of our organisation:

Prediction #5: Influencers are going to start fighting for purpose, not just paychecks.

Many influencers are going to hit a decade in this industry. They’ve already made their money, but are now looking for something deeper - a business, a cause, something that doesn’t need them to show up on camera every single day.

Now that is one way to get my attention.

No matter how bad you want a job, I can bet it’s not nearly as bad as how these guys want it. 

Expecting many more such subject titles since I have now posted this on LinkedIn.

You don’t find the right mentor, the right mentor finds you.

This holds true because you need to put enough hours behind your craft before you go out to seek feedback.

Marketing agencies in India cannot fathom this tweet.

They think their brief is urgent. Europeans out here don’t even consider a literal war a state of urgency.

Next prediction: 

celebrities will stop suing people for using their voice and image in AI generated videos. they will start making money out of them instead.

every time someone tries to use the likeness of a celebrity or a popular figure, they will be able to claim monetization on it.

just the way music labels claim the monetization when someone uses their music on the internet.

Experience: 2-3+ years working with brands in digital, branded content, or influencer partnerships.

> Own a set of active brand accounts end-to-end
