23 years building businesses, a ClickFunnels award for $10M in sales.

But something was always on the back of my mind. 
I wanted to build software, but the timing was never right. 
I know that sounds like a poor excuse, but it simply never happened.

Until I met Victor... 

A very successful agency owner who happens to be my neighbour. 
He built an Excel system to track exactly which ads drive profit.

That was my ticket into the SaaS world.

We teamed up and brought in my buddy Vinod. A
 talented developer with code running through his veins. 

Now we're turning that system into software. We call it Sucana.

However, a new idea for 5 more people to join has emerged.

The spots filled quickly once my friends Nick Sweeney among some other Twitter writers signed up.

Also, my friend Leigh St.John, an expert meditation teacher and spiritual guide, will likely be joining us for a few days and meditation workshops.

I would love it if there were more space in the Airbnb for more people to join, but the capacity has been filled.

Maybe in the future, I’ll rent a 20-30-person mansion somewhere in the world and host a huge mastermind.

Another vision is to create a holistic community living center for creative entrepreneurs who want to raise the vibration of the planet.

But those ideas are still a bit far out (unless any investors are reading this post ;)

For now, the Thailand Retreat is most immediate.

Since all spots have been filled, but a handful of people still want to join, I have come up with a solution:

Instead of staying with us at the Airbnb, you can still join the retreat from sunrise to sunset from your own hotel, Airbnb, or lodging.

You will still have access to all 7 days of masterminds, creative work sessions, healing sessions, workouts, and any events we attend.

All you have to cover is food and lodging.

Recently, I’ve been dressing nice and going to boujee cafes and lounges to work (instead of wearing a hoodie and sweatpants at my desk).

I'm using vintage leather journals and gold pens.

Wearing Ra Optics daylight glasses.

Working out first thing in the morning and getting clean-shaven.

Why?

Everything is downstream of your identity.

When I imagine my identity 5 years from now and visualize what I'll be wearing and where I'll be working, I see myself in nice clothes, in nice places, writing and doing high-level deals.

To bring this future vision into the now, I'm simply acting as if I were already living in that future.

The way I write...
The way I send messages...
The way I talk about my offers...

It all elevates as a result of my chosen environment and my aesthetic.

You can program yourself to unlock your next level in the same way.

Put yourself into environments where wealth and money circulate.

Dress like the person you wish to be.

Walk around and talk to people as if you were already the person you wish to be.

If you were operating 1 or 2 levels higher - or the version of you 3-5 years from now:

- How would you dress?
- Where would you work?
- What would your schedule be?
- What would you be working on?
- How would you speak to prospects?

Take these answers and embody them today.

I guarantee you'll begin to see a shift.

Wake up at sunrise (don't snooze)

Pound water & electrolytes

Go outside (barefoot)

Put your feet on the earth (electron absorption)

Outline your task-list (3-5 needle-movers)

I love being a generalist as a coach.

No two calls look the same.
