I wasted 6 months perfecting my positioning.
I’m about to teach you in 25 seconds.

Here’s what I learned:

Positioning isn’t about sounding unique.
It’s about sounding clear.

I kept rewriting:

If someone can’t repeat what you do after reading your profile once, your positioning isn’t clear.

Clarity closes.

Real Talk…

Here’s what writing a LinkedIn post used to look like for me:

- 30 minutes brainstorming ideas.
- 10 minutes writing a catchy hook.
- Another 20 minutes writing the post.
- 30 minutes staring at Canva trying to make it look “nice.”

Total time: 1.5 hours for ONE post.

And the worst part?
The next day, I had to repeat the whole process again.

It was exhausting!!!

Then I realised the problem wasn’t writing.
The problem was my system.

So I changed 3 things:

1. I stopped creating one post at a time.

Now I sit down once a week and write 5-6 posts in one batch.
What used to take 7-8 hours per week now takes about 2-3 hours.

2. I keep a “hook bank.”

Every day when I see a good hook or idea, I save it.
Notion. Notes app. Doesn’t matter.
Right now, I have 200+ hooks saved.

So when I sit down to write, I’m not “thinking.”
I’m just picking one and writing the post.

3. I stopped overdesigning posts.

Your words matter more than your Canva template.
Now I either:
- Use a very simple design template
- Or just post with my pic

Here’s the truth no one tells you:
Content becomes easy when you build systems around it.

If you’re trying to “feel creative” every day…
You’ll burn out.

But if you batch, collect ideas daily, and simplify design…
LinkedIn becomes manageable.

And honestly?
That’s how you stay consistent long enough for it to actually work.

It’s costing you inbound leads, credibility, and real money.

Save this. Audit your profile today.

1. Refresh your headline immediately.
Don’t just write your job title. Use this format:
“Who you help | Problem you solve | Outcome you create.”
Example: “Helping B2B founders generate inbound leads on LinkedIn.”

2. Redesign your banner (90% ignore this).
Use Canva. Add:
• Your positioning statement
• 1 core outcome
• Your email or call-to-action
Your banner is prime real estate.

3. Make your About section sound human.
Start with a hook.
Explain who you help.
Add 1-2 proof points (results, clients, numbers).
End with a clear next step.

4. Use the XYZ formula in your experience.
“Achieved X by doing Y, resulting in Z.”
Revenue, growth %, time saved, conversions, use real metrics.
Numbers build authority.

5. Add proof in your Featured section.
Pin case studies, testimonials, and top-performing posts.
Don’t make people search for credibility.

6. Turn on Creator Mode.
It increases profile discoverability and highlights your content.
More visibility = more impressions.

7. Reorder your skills strategically.
Put revenue-driving skills first.
Message close connections and ask for endorsements on specific skills.
Social proof matters.

8. Personalize connection requests daily.
Send 5-10 quality requests.
Mention something specific from their profile.
No “Let’s connect.”

9. Post at least 2-3 times per week.
Share lessons. Share insights. Share decisions.
Consistency signals authority.

10. Comment with intention.
Not “Great post.”
Add perspective, examples, or challenge ideas respectfully.
Comments increase visibility faster than posts.

11. Clarify your call-to-action.
If someone reads 5 of your posts, they should know exactly how to work with you.
Confusion kills conversions.

12. Audit your positioning monthly.

Here’s your 60-Minute LinkedIn Engagement System.

If you want your comments to actually grow your presence, follow this:

1. Warm Up the Feed - 20-30 min

I swear by these 3 tools to stay productive and organised in my business.

Here’s what actually keeps my business running smoothly:

1. Google Calendar → I plan my week to the minute every Sunday.

Every Sunday evening, I block my entire week.
Client calls. Content blocks. Outreach. Workout. Even buffer time.

If it’s not on the calendar, it doesn’t exist.

Planning weekly reduces daily decision fatigue.
And fewer decisions = more execution.

2. Batching similar tasks together.

I don’t switch between writing, DMs, calls, and design randomly.

I batch:
• Content in one sitting
• Outreach in one block
• Engagement in one window

Context switching kills productivity.
Focus compounds results.

3. SOPs for repetitive tasks.

If I do something more than twice, it becomes a system.

Client onboarding.
Content formatting.
Follow-up messages.

SOPs remove thinking from repetitive work.
Which saves energy for strategy.

Productivity isn’t about doing more.
It’s about removing friction.

Simple systems. Clear structure. Repeat weekly.
