How I Got Here (the short version)

I bootstrapped my first studio, building gamified products, then drove it into the ground through sheer hustle and zero alignment. The resulting burnout forced a hard reset: work had to become a path to enlightenment, not a treadmill.

That quest led me to cooperative ownership at Camplight, where we build tech the same way we live—collaboratively, transparently, and with skin in the game. I’ve since:

Today I deleted 947 days of our brand. And it hurt more than I expected.

I came up with Team-GPT.com on a Friday afternoon. That domain sparked everything, it gave shape to an idea that Iliya Valchanov, Yavor Belakov, and I had been chasing for days. It made us believe we could actually do this.

And we did. $1M ARR. 75,000+ users. A product that's actually working.

But now I'm in the code, removing the old logo. Changing colors. Deleting files that have been there since day one.

It's strange how attached you get to pixels and hex codes.

This rebrand isn't just aesthetic. We're not Team-GPT anymore because we're not just about GPT anymore. We're building AI agents for marketers. The clothes don't fit the mission anymore.

Next week, the world finds out our new name.

Four letters. .ai domain. A fresh start.

But today? Today I'm mourning the old one over a beer, just a little bit.

Because letting go of what got you here is how you make room for what comes next.

Sometimes the hardest part of growth isn't building the future but saying goodbye to what got you here.
