But apart from that I’m co-creating a software cooperative that wants to evolve human collaboration while growing with 36% CAGR since 2012 🫶

By collaborating on different camplight initiatives, I've gained expertise in the leadership of participatory, innovative, business-critical, and digital transformations, focusing on Fintech, Edutech, and Healthtech, among other industries.

I got the benefit of experiencing XXX k€/year budget responsibilities and multi-stakeholder collaborations.

I've participated in co-scaling camplight from 5 people to 21 and in most critical initiatives as a bootstrapped self-managing organization and community operating with X m€/year

How I Got Here (the short version)

I bootstrapped my first studio, building gamified products, then drove it into the ground through sheer hustle and zero alignment. The resulting burnout forced a hard reset: work had to become a path to enlightenment, not a treadmill.

That quest led me to cooperative ownership at Camplight, where we build tech the same way we live—collaboratively, transparently, and with skin in the game. I’ve since:

> Led multiple 7‑figure digital‑transformation programs in FinTech, EduTech & HealthTech.

> Embedded AI/ML solutions that quietly power nine‑digit revenues.

> Mentored dozens of product squads, turning chaotic sprints into enlightened shipping rituals.

Today I call myself a fractional CTO & digital shaman (IG: @the.digital.shaman)—equal parts architect, facilitator, and catalyst for change.

Кои хора промениха начина, по който мисля?

Аз поне научавам най-много не само от самата теория, а от това как други хора я прилагат на практика. Как решават проблеми, къде грешат, какво биха направили различно. Това информира моя избор какво да опитам, как и кога. 

Обаче повечето професионални среди насърчават полирани истории за успех, а не честни разговори за процеса и трудностите .

През 2025 CoTransition Community имахме доста интересни срещи с много практични инструменти, споделен реален опит и взаимодействие.

Януари ни отвори годината с World Café сесия – интерактивен формат, където темите идваха от самите участници. Февруари продължи в същия дух с #Lean Coffee – фасилитиране в действие и истински дискусии.
През Март Georgi Malchev ни държа 4 часа с темата и упражненията за изграждане на професионален бранд – как да си автентичен и същевременно разпознат. Milen Donev през Април ни потопи в мастерклас за user experience – от процес до психология на хората. Toni Karabashev  през Май ни показа магията на импро театъра и как тя развива комуникацията в бизнеса.
Юни донесе събитие с Vesko Kolev и Emil Tabakov  от icanpreneur | file > new > startup® – как идеята става продукт, за който пазарът иска да плаща. През Август, заедно с Icanpreneur и PMI Bulgaria Chapter, отидохме до #Варна да говорим за On Time, On Budget, But Does Anyone Care?
Септември – Nikola Tomov от  Impact/ Proof Nutrition разкри философията си за ефективност. Октомври – Boris Hristov  от 356labs Presentation Agency / Present to Succeed Conference ни поведе зад кулисите на презентациите, които затварят милионни сделки. Ноември – Nikolay Tsonev от Businessmap (formerly Kanbanize) ни разказа за интелигентното управление на работата и как стратегията става резултат. Декември – Mihail Kyosev  ни въведе в Product Operation модела в първата ни виртуална сесия.

Професионалното развитие не се случва в изолация.

Не можеш да растеш в среда, която те държи на едно място. Не можеш да се променяш в кръг от хора, които казват само това, което искаш да чуеш. Средата оформя мисленето. А мисленето оформя всичко останало.
