But apart from that I’m co-creating a software cooperative that wants to evolve human collaboration while growing with 36% CAGR since 2012 🫶

By collaborating on different camplight initiatives, I've gained expertise in the leadership of participatory, innovative, business-critical, and digital transformations, focusing on Fintech, Edutech, and Healthtech, among other industries.

How I Got Here (the short version)

I bootstrapped my first studio, building gamified products, then drove it into the ground through sheer hustle and zero alignment. The resulting burnout forced a hard reset: work had to become a path to enlightenment, not a treadmill.

That quest led me to cooperative ownership at Camplight, where we build tech the same way we live—collaboratively, transparently, and with skin in the game. I’ve since:

> Led multiple 7‑figure digital‑transformation programs in FinTech, EduTech & HealthTech.

> Embedded AI/ML solutions that quietly power nine‑digit revenues.

> Mentored dozens of product squads, turning chaotic sprints into enlightened shipping rituals.

Today I call myself a fractional CTO & digital shaman (IG: @the.digital.shaman)—equal parts architect, facilitator, and catalyst for change.

We had the biggest AI Engineer Foundation Europe event ever - more than 300 people joined to hear what's trending in San Francisco.

Here is the TL;DR of my keynote
1. The Rebrand is Official
We are no longer Team-GPT. We are Juma. (Yes, we received a legal letter from OpenAI that prompted this).

2. The "Agent" Blueprint
I reverse-engineered the top players right now (Lovable, Claude Code, Manus). If you want to build a winning agent in 2025, you can't just wrap a model. You need:
Planning: The AI must create and track its own to-do list.
VM Sandboxes: Give the AI a virtual computer to run code and fix errors.
Autonomy: Long-running loops that don't need hand-holding.

3. The Application Layer is King
Models are becoming a commodity. The battle is no longer about who has the best RAG pipeline; it’s about who builds the best UI/UX and specific workflows on top of the intelligence.

4. SF is a Mindset
We won hackathons, we scraped events, and we met incredible people. If you are in tech, you need to visit San Francisco at least once. It will change how you think.
