In my role at GeekHive, I lead initiatives that made an impact along the entire customer lifecycle; with a focus around revenue generation and demand gen/ABM.

► Transformed Pardot from an email blast tool to an automated lead generation+nurture machine, partnering with sales and product teams to write the first lead scoring algorithms.
► Brought marketing personalization capabilities to the company for the first time, leveraging advanced features in automation tools to run personalized nurture campaigns. Designed data collection strategy in conjunction to support personalization.
► Teamed up with the IT department to bring unstructured data into the organization's marketing and sales data to bring better visibility into results. Heavy involvement in the social media+influencer marketing proof-of-concept execution. 
► Developed a procedure to measure digital advertising performance against various publications using Google Analytics, and tied it back to Salesforce campaigns. The result was better visibility into spend vs. results and a disciplined approach to digital advertising tactics.
