Pour le compte de la société Systematix, j'ai rejoins le programme Presence Numérique de la ville de Montréal en tant que designer d'interaction consultant. J'ai participé à la création du nouveau portail responsive de la ville avec l'équipe UX/UI comprenant 8 designers (Garing Tang, Julia Couture, Stéphane Plante, Matthieu Laplante, Benoit Pontbriand, Élise Dubois, Hugues Belaib et moi) en méthodologie de travail Agile (Scrum). J’étais en charge de la création d'un Design system complet pour les besoins du projet conçu en Atomic Design de Brad Frost avec le logiciel Sketch (v46 et v47 beta), Craft library et Invision.

Pendant presque 2 ans, j’ai revu entièrement l’organisation du pole création et les méthodologies entre les différents services tout en participant activement aux prises de décisions en amont de la production. J’ai mis en place des outils pour facilité la production, augmenter la qualité  finale des projets et la communication grâce à des logiciels comme Slack, Invision, MarvelApp, Zeplin et Conjure. De plus,
j’ai aussi formé 8 graphistes juniors dans le but de constituer une équipe de créatifs aux compétences complémentaires. Ma motivation principale était d’insufflé chez Glucoz le Design Thinking de manière très pédagogique envers le reste de l’équipe.

Product Designer, I have been working for over 15 years driven to solve real human problems people face everyday. Whether it's a build a design vision strategy or designing a SaaS B2B app from scratch, these are the types of challenges I love to face through a user-centered design process.

During my experience, I learned everything from how to craft user survey and evaluate user research, to Information Architecture, wireframes, user flows, user stories, UX principles, visual design, user testing and iteration, design system and to prototyping. I feel very comfortable taking a project from early inception through final implementation which could mean creating high fidelity prototypes. 

I like to iterate based on the findings of usability tests as much as possible. I like to test often and test early so that there aren't many problems down the road. Designing products based on user research is vital in my design process.
