* Created an internal API for an AI Chatbot. Using RAG to feed the LLM with relevant code snippets to enable our developers to find faster what they are interested in. 
Covered the main areas with unit tests in a TDD fashion. 
Added E2E Tests as well.
CI/CD with merges into main branch being pushed straight into production.

* Full refactor of our Workers template used in special projects. Switched to Hono framework.

* Successfully transitioned to Jira Cloud. Rewrote custom scripts that we had and other workflow improvements. Continuously adjusted behavior based on feedback received.

Head of Implementation

Some achievements and actions I contributed to:

* Detached the reporting side in one of the products so that the Data Team can work independently and provide higher throughput.

* Supervised the E2E Test suit migration from Selenium to Cypress, leading to a 300-500% increase in runtime speed, allowing the team to intervene faster when issues occurred.

* Added, for the first time, data quality checks with real-time alerts. This allowed the team to be aware of data importing issues before finding out from the customers.

* Introduced a new Support Triage system to decrease the pressure on the engineering team, leading to an increase of velocity.

* Completely revamped the engineering documentation for end users, leading to an increase in satisfaction and decrease in the number of support tickets.

* Introduced a mechanism to upgrade older parts of the legacy system. This enabled the team to develop new features in an environment with latest version of PHP and Symfony.

* Kick-started an initiative to sync UI between the 2 projects, leading to an increase in user satisfaction.

* Created dashboards to be used for internal analytics to help in product management, leading to a better ability for the management to data-driven decisions.

* Introduced a live, public, Status Page for one of the products as well as an on-call rotation mechanism for the engineering department.

* Deployed logs + error collection systems with filtering and real-time alert system.

* Introduced Feature Flags to increase agility and time to market for feedback.

* Held internal workshops company-wide to increase the technical literacy and encourage use of AI where applicable.

Finally, started a cultural change for the engineering team to become much more agile. This lead to changes in the way they organized, the way they worked, the code written, the PRs created, the planning process etc. 
Having this, allowed the team to have their very first Quarterly Roadmap completed > 80%.

As a Dialysis Centre Specialist, I was responsible for managing a diverse range of applications critical to the operations of our company, including infrastructure, user training, and custom MySQL reports. I provided administrative, organizational, and back-up support to dialysis centers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. My role also entailed the development and testing of new improvements, ideas, and solutions that were applicable in our dialysis centers, with the goal of enhancing patient care and improving overall performance. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations and clinical teams, to understand the requirements and implement the solutions that best suited the needs of the organization. Additionally, I was responsible for training staff on the use of new technologies, tools, and processes and provided ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of the dialysis centers. I also played a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of the dialysis centers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues. I also managed and maintained filing systems, recorded office expenditure, and was responsible for budget management. Additionally, I ensured the upkeep of the office by arranging for necessary repairs and overseeing the recruitment and training of new staff members. Furthermore, I prepared and presented reports for senior management and worked to optimize workflow processes to reduce or eliminate waste by applying Lean Six Sigma principles acquired through the Six Sigma Green belt certification. I also ensured compliance with contractual obligations and provided support for the implementation and use of the Nexadia system. A significant accomplishment in this role was my successful training of over 300 medical doctors, nurses, and technicians to use the Nexadia system. I also played a crucial role in installing hardware systems, configuring software databases, creating reports in Crystal Reports, and automating the entire dialysis process. This included scaling patients, configuring patient treatments, and generating final dialysis protocols, which eliminated the need for manual data collection. Additionally, I created all medical reports from the Nexadia databases, which contained all patient personal and treatment information, greatly improving the doctor's ability to analyze data and adjust patient treatments accordingly. The greatest achievement though was to manage a great group of hard working people, which made work feel like home.

As a Medical Registrar at Affidea ASA, I was responsible for efficiently managing patient registration and scheduling appointments for oncology and hematology patients. My role also involved accurately and timely integrating patient data and documents into SIUI and auxiliary software solutions, and providing support as a physician assistant. In addition, I was tasked with ensuring adequate inventory levels by coordinating the restocking of nearby medical centers, while also serving as a translator and project presenter for the VSM initiative. I also proactively resolved local IT infrastructure issues and effectively managed purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. My most significant accomplishment was the creation of scripts that automated departmental tasks, which freed our colleagues from repetitive tasks and increased productivity.
