I'm Walid, and I'm the Founder & CEO of 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮. We are an E-Commerce Growth Agency and our mission is to help propel Pet brands forward, and ensure our little companions live long and happy lives! 🐾

As an animal-loving entrepreneur, who has raised pets his whole life, I have devoted myself to helping pet owners discover these brands that can help them achieve the one thing that every pet parent wants; keeping our pets happy and healthy!

As I stepped back and looked at the industry, it became clear that many pet brands are fighting an uphill battle trying to attract new customers. They might have amazing products or offer services that give them the potential to become market leaders in this space, but they still struggle to get noticed because they neglect their digital marketing.

The obstacles that pet business owners are accustomed to, combined with my ability to effectively implement marketing strategies have led me to establish Plathera Media.

- Doing market survey and research for the beauty trend and set up the following marketing plan.
- Create new courses and design the training plan for the saloons.
- Conducting product training to beauty course students.
- Organize event, seminar, road show and promotion fair and be emcee.
- Writing the SOP for the beauty saloons management system and the training system.
- To assist the saloons to achieve the sales target by consulting and selling body treatment(s), facial treatment(s), skin care and health care products.

-Providing consultation in slimming and solution for clients.  
-I support all the branches (total 12 branches) in whole Malaysia including branches in Klang Valley areas, Ipoh, Penang and Seremban to achieve the sales target.

Beauty Trainer

Give Nacsee numbers, and she can decipher an individual's life from womb to tomb. She's a professional consultant qualified in Personal Branding, Sales and Service Performance, and Persuasive Communication.

Using Soft Skill Knowledge and I-Ching Numerological System, she aided senior executives and organisations in their growth and business performance immeasurably.

With journalism and media communication as her background, Nacsee finds the centre stage home. Armed with over 15 years of experience, prominent brands such as Lacoste, Elle, Guy Laroche, and Tous engaged her as a host for product launches and staff development.

In a year alone, Nacsee guided a record-high of 20,000 people in achieving breakthroughs. Her journey has taken her across the South East Asia countries, where she taught and coached participants in Malaysia, China, the Philippines and Macau.

A firm believer in continuous improvement, Nacsee obtained her accreditation as a Certified Professional Trainer, awarded by International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK. She is also an HRDF-approved trainer. She established her training and consultation centre specialising in talent transformation: MeiMind N Senses Sdn Bhd.
