I’m excited to serve as the Global Director of the Black Partner Growth Initiative at Microsoft, where I lead an effort to build a multibillion-dollar global technology ecosystem comprised of black technology companies. Throughout my 19 years at Microsoft, I have driven efforts to empower individuals, organizations, and communities across the globe to achieve more and reach their full potential.  

Previously, I served as the Microsoft Citizenship and Market Development Director for the Central United States, where I led public-private partnerships, ecosystem development, and community engagement strategy.  My career at Microsoft has focused on driving business impact across enterprise, commercial and public sector sales, partner management, and startup ecosystems, while leveraging DEI and CSR as key pillars to support social impact and digital transformation efforts.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am committed to using technology and innovation to shape the world and transform lives. I currently serve on the board of directors for several organizations, including the Space Center Houston, Dallas Independent School District's PTEC council, Tribute to Valor, and serve as a mayoral appointee to Houston's Complete Communities board. I have also served as committee member on the Dallas Mayor’s Entrepreneur and Innovation task force and on the boards of Tuskegee University, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dallas, Perot Museum, Dallas Arboretum, and several start-ups.  

I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics from Tuskegee University and global MBAs from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. I have also studied Strategy and Innovation at MIT. Along my journey, I have had the opportunity to lead and work with phenomenal teams and have received multiple awards and recognition, including two Microsoft Platinum Club Awards, the Microsoft Founders Award, the Tuskegee University President's Award, and the Dallas Business Journal's Minority Business Leader Award.
