I landed multiple new accounts in addition to expanding footprint of existing accounts due to successful networking strategies, prospecting social media campaigns, and channel partnering. My territory included small, medium, large, and global companies within the healthcare, forestry, aviation, school districts, universities, state and local municipalities, and financial industries.

I marketed computer systems, software, and accessories to small businesses and home consumers. I added revenue by finding up-sell opportunities via sales of warranties, onsite services, and financing. 

Some of my achievements included: 
✪Exceeded quota attainment by upselling warranty, on-site service and analyzing best systems for consumer and small business needs.

Responsible for managing Network Operating Center schedule; including the scheduling of on-site technicians and after hour client emergency needs

Liaison between operations, manufacturing, technical support and financial services.  Identified customer service and sales support issues. Analyzed  and monitored levels of complaints both internally and externally. 

Developed comprehensive understanding of escalations and enabled department to implement new standards of service.

Customer Service Sr. Assistant: Managed two online customer service request mailboxes for consumer, home and small business sales support. Maintained expectations and exceeded response levels for the e-support team. Received “Customer Service Award” for outstanding performance in Q3 and Q4. 

Support Specialist: Promoted during company reorganization to oversee initial roll out of training module of customer advocacy departments. Implemented training plan of managers, coaches, and call center members utilization of proper procedures with regard to software and peripheral orders and cancellations. 

Maintained online and voice mailbox requests and exceeded department average by seventy-five to hundred issues daily.
