With over a year of experience leading our London Fit Out division, I've stepped into a new role as Regional Manager, overseeing our Essex office and continuing to manage our London Fit Out team. My responsibilities include managing White Collar Executive Specialists, a Construction/Civils & Demolition Division & our Steel, Facade, and Cladding Division.

Some of my responsibilities are listed below:

My role at City site solutions has been to support our new Director with opening a new temp and perm construction desk , Helping to service existing and new clients as well as assisting with all sort of tasks ranging from filling orders, back office admin,client networking and entertainment along side assisting with price work projects and dealing with clients and candidates needs Daily. Over the past few months I have spent more time growing my network and adding to our client base whilst supporting our director and managing our resourcing data and pay plan. 

During my time in recruitment I have worked a large variety of roles meaning I have a excellent understanding of how a construction recruitment desk works.

during my final year of schooling and summer holidays I was working at Rullion to gain experience in the recruitment construction industry this then led into payed work helping the team to resource candidates and other tasks, during my current time at Rullion I have gained a incredible knowledge inside the every day working of a recruitment agency. I have sat in various different training sessions those including sales and learnt how to resource successfully advertise Jobs, speak to candidates/clients and uses in house systems.  I would like to think all of the following will stand me in good stead as I progress into my future career in recruitment !!

If so, we understand your need for cost effective, high quality experienced Tradesmen and Labour, we have worked with countless clients that have experienced all of the above... 

So, what did we do to solve the problem ? We developed a model that largely solves them - LABOUR ONLY PRICE WORK. 

- we take on items/rooms etc on a Labour only price work basis 
- we then provide a quality, experienced and qualified workforce
- through doing so we improve onsite productivity, rather than paying day rates and having a low ROI we provide an incentivised quality workforce. 
- we then ensure all workers are paid once sign off for items/rooms etc are received
- Just incase of delays or issues we have a contingency plan in place and a fall back competitive day rate.
