As the Restaurant District Manager at Arby’s, I oversee the daily operations of a fast-growing Arby’s franchise, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards, and profitability. I manage a team of 40 staff members, handle inventory and ordering, and coordinate with the corporate office and other franchisees. I also leverage my MBA in Entrepreneurship and my passion for wellness to identify and implement new strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

In addition to my role at Arby’s, I am also the Chief Executive Officer at Southern Home Security, a SafeStreets  USA dealer that provides customized and affordable security solutions for residential and commercial clients. I founded the company in 2022, after nine years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry, generating over $6M in revenue. I work with the board of directors and other executives to set and achieve the company's goals, policies, and plans, and to ensure compliance, financial stability, and customer satisfaction. I also negotiate with other companies, manage the marketing and direct sales operations, and recruit and train the staff. I am driven by my vision to create a safer and more secure environment for my community and beyond.
