Un jour je me suis réveillé, déboussolé.
Par opportunisme professionnel, j’avais laissé mes valeurs de côté.

Je me suis senti profondément désaligné avec moi-même.
En crise existentielle.

Il m’a fallu du temps pour me déconstruire.
Mais je me suis juré que je ne tournerais plus le dos à mes convictions.

Je me suis formé durement, pendant plusieurs années, dans un domaine que je ne connaissais pas :
Le Growth Hacking.

Je suis passé par toutes les portes :

→ Freelance

J’ai engrangé des connaissances et de l’expérience pendant 5 ans …

Aujourd’hui, je mets ces acquis à disposition des acteurs du changement.

J’ai créé Beyond Growth avec mon ami Tristan, il y a 2 ans.
On accompagne des ONGs, et des entreprises engagées vers un nouveau paradigme.

4 ans pour trouver l'alignement professionnel, le sens que j'ai toujours rêvé d'avoir dans mon travail.

4 ans de collaborations avec des assos, des entreprises et des personnes plus incroyables les unes que les autres.

Pourtant j'ai décidé de partir.

Je ne partagerai pas la raison ici. 
Je veux simplement souhaiter une bonne continuation aux personnes qui ont construit ce beau projet à mes côtés, et à celles qui vont continuer de le faire vivre après moi.

Celles et ceux qui me connaissent savent que mon départ est un déchirement et que je tourne cette page de ma vie avec de la peine.

Mais les pages qui vont s'ouvrir me donnent la promesse de jours heureux, avec de belles fondations pour retrouver mon alignement à nouveau.

Je continuerai à partager ici mes découvertes sur des sujets de contenu, prospection, marketing, et je resterai aussi engagé auprès des associations en prenant un rôle de mécène, aussi bien en finances qu'en compétences.

To start 2026, it's time I reveal... I've actually started working with yxir a few weeks ago, as a freelance product marketer!

I was looking to learn more experience selling to enterprise, so this great opportunity arrived right on time, early December:

Yxir is a B2B SaaS - in the QMS platform category.

It enables Quality Management teams at industrial companies centralize and leverage their data related to non-conformities.

(Yes, I had no clue about this sector a month ago)

Their difference is being AI-native, which allows awesome capabilities - lmk if you want to learn more ;)

Revenue-Led Product Marketing | Turning positioning into a revenue growth strategy for B2B Software/ SaaS

Been struggling with LinkedIn since December.

The thought of repeating myself again felt exhausting.
Pointless, even.

Then, quite cliché, but it hit me:

My fun with each post doesn't matter.
Having software leaders read my ideas does.

"Learn to say one thing, a thousand different ways."
—is a saying I only now start to grasp.

So 365 posts on "product marketing for revenue growth"?
Fine, I'll do it.

That's how you earn a positioning anyway.

(again the irony of my personal challenge being positioning, jeez)


First epiphany of the year!

Sales might be better storytellers than Marketers.

I've always thought Marketing did:

- the characters (=personae)
- the main plot (=narrative)
- the story (=messaging)

But I've come to realize Sales make the story live:

- repeat it to every new prospect
- reinforce it in each account
- adjust it to make it land

They're real "vision-casters"
(heard that term from Jen Abel on Lenny Rachitsky's podcast)


So maybe Marketing is the storyteller,

But it's Sales who help customer reach the happy ending.
